School wins a £500 trip
In November 2007, we invited a random
selection of client schools to let us know how they felt about our
service.
48% responded and we were delighted with the
results:
- Overall service – 96% of those which responded
rated us as either Excellent or Good, with the remaining 4% rating
us as Satisfactory.
- Claims handling – 96% of those which responded
rated us as either Excellent or Good, with the remaining 4% rating
us as Satisfactory.
Amherst
School in Kent was drawn out of the hat to receive
a thank you prize.
The prize entitles them to select a school
trip from www.ukschooltrips.co.uk/ up
to the value of £500.
Our congratulations go to Amherst and our
thanks to every school which participated. It’s gratifying to know
that our service is valued so highly.
