Q: Can we be sure that Towergate Risk Solutions will offer our school a renewal policy next year?

A: We’ve been providing this type of cover longer than anyone else. We do not entice schools with cheap ‘first-year’ premiums.

 

 

Q: If a staff member was diagnosed with cancer after our school took out cover with Towergate Risk Solutions, would we be able to claim for that absence?

A: Yes.

 

Q: What if they had developed cancer before we had gone on cover?

A: The school would still be covered.

 

Q: Can Towergate Risk Solutions help us to gradually return staff to work if they have been ill for a while?

A: Yes. Our cover can include phased returns to work.

 

 

Q: What information does Towergate Risk Solutions need from our school in order to provide us with a quote?

A: We need only basic school contact information and your past total annual sickness costs (preferably the past three years but we can work with two if need be).
