Making a claim
EduCover policies
To make a claim for staff absence on our EduCover policies there
are two ways to inform us:
Register your
claim online (you'll need to have your username and
password ready).
Telephone: You can call your dedicated claims handler direct and
give details over the telephone. Choose from the following direct
telephone numbers:
If your school name falls within the alphabetical category
of:
- A - N, please call 0113 391 9433
- O - Z, please call 0113 391 9431
StopLoss insurance
To make a claim for staff absence on our StopLoss policy there
are two ways to inform us:
Register your
claim online (you'll need to have your username and
password ready).
Telephone: You can call your dedicated claims handler direct on
0113 391 9431 and give details over the telephone.
Maternity leave, paternity leave or adoption leave
To make a claim, please call 0113 391 9441 for a claim form.
School travel insurance
To report a claim, please call 0113 391 9431 for a claim
form.
